I saw so many colors, forms, figures, expressions... It really looked like a dream seeing all those beautiful creatures alive in front of us and thinking that many more are unknown for me. But actually it was some kind of circus with many stressed animals and the memory of current development of dirty ways to satisfy the highly overestimated human species. The thing is, with a friend, I went for my first time to the Zoo and I was amazed by the strange gentleness of the Nature force or whatever that created all this. Every behavior was significant. An elephant was eating straw -and he seemed very bored-; a few birds were searching for an escape trying to cut the wires of the cage; near to us, the peaceful peacock was walking through the wood footbridge; the white male swan was majestic and he showed his appearance like he knew it’s stunning; the camel had A LOT of slobber in his mouth, and also had an odd disposition of his limbs and great part of his hair on his chest; kangaroos have strong long legs, it was curious that the joey had his head in his sister’s pouch; a giraffe enjoyed licking the people’s hands, my friend’s hand above all; the Bengal tiger and the white tiger were impatient, it has to be hard to be in a place with a few square meters in comparison with the large territories in their native country. I like the fact that organizations take care of endangered species, but it’d be wonderful if we all could be less selfish and contribute to preserve a better environment.
